BATHROOM REMODELING
Whether a full bathroom remodel or a “cosmetic” update, Adam is looking to understand what each customer is looking to do and help bring their vision, or a collaborative one to life.
WOODWORK
Woodwork can be defined in many ways. Adam’s start into the carpentry industry came back in ‘98 and ‘99, working full summers with Shallcross Lake Contracting. The passion for design, build, and finish was never going to go away from there. Aside from personal and “side” jobs since that start, he now wants to be able to focus on many areas of construction, but woodwork is and always will be a passion of his. Every project is unique. Whether framing, finishing, refurbishing, or remediating, he welcomes the opportunity to bring to light what the customer envisions.
KITCHEN UPDATES
Whether a full kitchen remodel, minor or major changes, Adam is looking to understand what each customer is looking to do and help bring their vision, or a collaborative one to life. Updating cabinets, opening up space, redesign in general; The kitchen is one of if not the most important room in a home. Understanding the impact to the customer and their family is extremely important, along with understanding the work and expectations overall. Transparency is key on any project, the kitchen is vital to the operation of a home, so whether just a cabinet update, backsplash remodel, or a full gut, EPMD wants to be the transparent contractor.
REFINISHING SPACES
Refinishing a space, is a broad definition. From an entire basement remodel, to a room or area build, each and every remodel is unique to the home and customers needs. e.p.m.d. is looking to be part of the remodel, big or small, but knowing they will be exceeding the customers expectations.
FLOORING
Like many phases of a remodel, the flooring is crucial to not only bring the room together, but to make sure it does the job. Floating floors became popular decades ago with the introduction of Pergo and today that hasn’t changed.
Many options are available for a floating floor installation, to upgrade a home/room, without major structural impact like certain floor options present. While not a “Hardwood Floor” specialist, Adam has extensive experience with both tile and vinyl flooring and would be more than happy to discuss what the customer is looking to have done and work with them to do just that.
EXTERIOR PROJECTS
Exterior projects, like all, are especially unique as you engage with the seasonal impact and elements depending on when and where a project is being completed. While never turning away an opportunity, Adam isn’t naive to being newer to the professional contracting scene, and does not have the manpower or equipment necessary to complete many types of major exterior enhancements. (i.e. Windows, siding, and roofing).
However Adam has many close peers and offers a variety of recommendations if he cannot help specifically with a larger exterior project. Depending on the customers needs, he welcomes the opportunity to help, whether he can complete the job or recommend others who can, he stands by his approach.
